Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and skilled Subcontract Joiners to join our team on a range of residential and commercial projects.
The Role
As a subcontract joiner, you will undertake a variety of internal and external carpentry and joinery works, including:
· Roof construction – truss work and hand cut roofs
· All first fix joinery
· All second fix joinery
· PVC windows and doors, preferable but not essential
· Kitchen fitting, preferable but not essential
Our projects range from domestic renovations and extensions to larger commercial installations, providing varied and rewarding work.
Contracts Available
· Hourly rate work
· Price work / piece work
Essential Requirements
· Valid CSCS Card
· Public Liability Insurance
· Own tools
· Own transport
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
· Minimum 5 years’ joinery experience
