We are currently recruiting for an Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing and dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and developing a career within the insurance industry.
Whether you have previous experience in insurance or come from a strong customer service or sales background, full training will be provided with clear progression into specialist and advisory roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance products and policies
- Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through available options
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Deliver a high level of customer service while working towards individual and team targets
- Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal systems
- Support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or insurance is advantageous but not essential
