We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious City of London commercial building.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Senior Engineer looking to progress, where you'll take ownership of site maintenance delivery while still being involved with the technical side of the job.

The Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operation on site, supporting engineers, managing contractors and ensuring all M&E systems are maintained to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising maintenance activities across the building
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Supporting engineers and contractors on site
- Fault finding across M&E systems
- Managing PPM schedules and compliance checks
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer
- Strong commercial building services background
- Good knowledge of M&E systems
- Experience supporting teams and managing contractors
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working within City of London offices, corporate buildings or high-end commercial environments would be advantageous.
