Must have Shopfitting Experience.
We require a Site Foreman onsite for our 4/5-week programmes to manage our fast-track shopfitting works.
7am - 7pm, 7 days a week, for the length of the fit-out programme.
Duties will include ensuring all site personnel and subcontractors are following all H&S and site procedures, with all relevant site-based H&S paperwork complete and up to date.
Ensuring programme dates are followed and worked to, highlighting ahead of time any potential issues, and managing and implementing resolutions to site-based problems with the Contracts Team.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager daily, you will be responsible for the site-based delivery of completed coffee shop fits, handed over with the Contracts Manager(s), in line with programme dates, to the Operations Team.
Carpentry/joinery works include front and rear counter fitting, doors and all ironmongery, wall panelling, fixtures and fittings, along with general shopfitting-based carpentry.
National coverage - accommodation can be provided.
Own tools required - large-scale tools and infrastructure tools supplied.
Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
