Duties

- Assist in the development of new bread and pizza recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure the presentation of baked items meets brand standards before serving or packaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or baking within a professional kitchen or bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety protocols, and food safety standards.
- Experience with culinary arts, particularly in baking bread and preparing pizza doughs.
- Familiarity with restaurant or bakery operations is desirable.
