Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
Navigate the unknown as our Health & Wellbeing Manager.
Life doesn't pause for a wellness plan, and neither do our colleagues. As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and own the day-to-day running the Westfield Group Head Office Active Space, delivering the coaching, and building the programmes that help people navigate their own health on their terms. It's strategic thinking one day and a personal training session the next, both mattering equally. You'll be the trusted expert colleagues turn to and the person leadership relies on to translate wellbeing into real, measurable outcomes.
Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.
