We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team at The Yew Tree 1628, a traditional inn located in the heart of the beautiful Borrowdale Valley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to live and work in one of the most stunning areas of the Lake District.

Responsibilities:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Maintaining hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous kitchen experience helpful but not essential
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
