Colville care Ltd is a long established provider of residential and Nursing Care. We are looking to recruit care assistants to join our existing well established team at Beggars Roost.
The role is suitable for individuals with the right values and caring nature to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Beggars Roost is just off the A27 near Fishbourne.
We can offer various shift patterns, including Nights, 12 hour shifts, weekend or PM shifts only. Set shifts available to include at least one weekend day, or rota with alternate weekends off.
No split shifts required. Our shifts start at 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm, Night shifts 8pm to 8am
All staff are offered permanent contracts, up to 42 hours, and hours are guaranteed. Breaks are provided for each shift and are paid.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to implement care plans
- Comfortable using technology for care documentation
