Passionate about digital communications and content creation.
- A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using website, social media platforms and content management systems.
- Skilled in creating digital content, including graphics and video.
- Data-minded and able to interpret analytics to improve performance.
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering accessible and engaging communications.
- A team player who can build effective working relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging content for websites, intranet platforms and social media channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of digital communication campaigns.
- Assist with updating and maintaining website content, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and user-focused.
- Produce high-quality digital assets including graphics, videos and other multimedia content.
- Monitor social media activity and support audience engagement.
- Analyse digital performance using relevant analytics tools and provide reports and insights.
- Support internal communications activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure digital communications comply with accessibility, branding and corporate guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across services to identify and promote positive stories and key messages.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital communication trends and best practice
