All Align is an established Chiropractic and Sports Massage Clinic in the heart of Liss. As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is much more than a reception role. You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping to create an exceptional experience from the moment they get in touch. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
About the Role
As part of our reception team, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments using our online practice management software
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting our chiropractors and sports massage therapist
- Assisting with social media and marketing activities
- Stock management and retail product displays
- General administration and reception duties
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic environment
Hours of Work
This is a part-time permanent position of up to 22 hours per week, worked on a regular rota.
The role will include a combination of weekday, evening and weekend shifts. Applicants should be comfortable working some later shifts, including Friday evenings and alternate Saturdays.
The exact working pattern will be discussed with successful candidates and will form part of a regular rota.
Some flexibility to provide occasional holiday and sickness cover would be appreciated.
As All Align continues to grow, there may be opportunities for additional hours in the future for the right candidate.

- Reliable and flexible when it comes to working a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
Previous reception, healthcare or customer service experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
Essential Requirements
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good IT skills
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Availability to work some evenings, Friday shifts and alternate Saturdays
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
