An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed Consultant to join our vibrant Diabetes and Endocrine team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. We are seeking a clinician with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
As a key member of our forward‑thinking department, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of multidisciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for our patients. To provide specialist clinics in diabetes and endocrinology, contribute to general medical ward and diabetes outreach care, and the acute medicine on call rota.
Maintenance of high-quality patient centered care
Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service and participation in strategic planning
Teaching and training within the multidisciplinary service
Active involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and directorate clinical governance activity
Active participation in continuing medical education
