Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care.
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhering to established nursing standards and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse license/NMC
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
