What We're Looking For:
We want enthusiastic practitioners who are passionate about improving outcomes for looked after children and young people.
You will:

Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

Have experience of working with children and families in social care settings

Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with families and partner agencies

Demonstrate strengths-based, child-centred practice
-
Have access to a vehicle to undertake visits and travel as required
