As a Care Assistant, you will: Support residents with daily living activities (ADLs) in a respectful and person-centred way Assist with meals and dietary needs, helping make mealtimes enjoyable and nourishing Offer companionship, reassurance, and a listening ear Create meaningful moments, whether that’s a chat over a cup of tea, or simply being there What Makes Us Special: We’re more than a workplace—we’re a family.
