We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Ideally the right candidate will have excellent cocktail making skills
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping others enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
