Service Manager – Port Talbot, Runtech Ltd

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Service Manager based at Port Talbot.
The role:
. Having full responsibility for the in-house workshop, mechanics and large vehicle fleet of HGV’s & LCV’s
. To optimise productivity and quality through the best use of workshop planning tools and by working very closely with all members of the maintenance team.
. Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, and legal and environmental compliance are delivered at all times.
The Candidate:
. Previous experience in leading, motivating and developing a fleet maintenance team from a logistics/transport background.
. Ability to multi-task with a level of flexibility to support the needs of all day-to-day operations
. Excellent communicator, and someone who takes pride in the service condition and standards of the fleet.
. A Reliable and flexible attitude
