Overview
We’re looking for a Highly skilled and reliable Aluminium Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role requires experience in window and door installation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You’ll be responsible for installing aluminium windows and doors in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring top-quality results and customer satisfaction. We have ongoing projects around the UK.
This is a self employed position and must be CIS registered.
Key Responsibilities
- Install aluminium windows and doors with precision, ensuring proper sealing and insulation
- Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete installation tasks
- Carry out basic carpentry work, including frame fabrication and adjustments
- Conduct repair work on existing installations, including minor masonry work.
- Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electricians, roofers) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe job site at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients about installation progress and timeframes
Requirements
- Proven experience in aluminium window and door installer
- Must be able to use a laser level
- Confident using a wide range of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
- Able to work well independently and within a team environment
- The person must be a qualified Window and door installer.
- Valid CSCS registration is required
