The Role
You’ll hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You won't just be swapping tyres all day; you’ll take ownership of a variety of fast-fit and mechanical work:
- Precision wheel alignment and tracking.
- Brake diagnostics, servicing, and replacements.
- Suspension setups and steering repairs.
- Vehicle safety inspections and light commercial tyre fitting.
- Keeping your bay clean, safe, and efficient.
Who You Are
- You hold an NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance (or have solid, time-served experience that proves you know your stuff).
- You’re confident with alignment systems, brakes, and suspension.
- You have a Full UK Driving Licence.
- You take pride in your work—you fix it right the first time and care about customer safety.
- You’re a team player who prefers a positive workshop atmosphere over workplace drama.
