Warehouse Operatives, we want to pay you over £30k per annum.

Starting as a Foundation colleague you will earn £13.10 per hour, after the successful completion of your initial first 13 weeks of employment, this will increase to Bronze status at £13.50 per hour. What’s more, you will receive £200.00 as a bonus for your achievements!
With a positive attitude, attendance, and ability to learn, we will continuously invest in your training and development to see you rise to Silver, Gold and Diamond status colleague, where your rate will be £15.00 per hour.
In addition, we offer all Warehouse Operatives the opportunity to earn an attendance and attitude bonus which is worth £1,040.00 per annum – paid quarterly.
If you are employed on a night shift there is an additional £1.60 per hour uplift, for unsociable hours.

The role is based within our Warehouse Business Unit, where we cut carpets, flooring, and artificial grass, to fulfil our customer’s requirements, and it is the heart of our business operations.
We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives on our Days Shift at Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath, S63 7LG.
Job Summary
The key role of the job is to pick and manoeuvre flooring and underlay between cutting tables and despatch bays and process stock in accordance with safe operating procedures.
Starting rate: Foundation rate £13.10 per hour, Bronze rate £13.50 per hour, Silver rate £14.00 per hour, Gold rate £14.50 per hour, Diamond rate £15.00 per hour
Plus OTE £1,040.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus - Paid £260.00 per quarter
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime
Days Shift : 8.00am to 4.30pm
Overtime : Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday - Payable at x1.5 weekends
Main Duties
- Manual handling of stock, including underlay and accessories
- Prepare, cut, and bag flooring products as per customer order.
- Operating machinery
- Despatching product prior to delivery
- Loading vehicles for transport
Essential Skills Required
- Health & Safety conscious
- Good communication skills
- Work well within a team.
- Excellent timekeeping
- A determination to ‘get the job done’.
- Experience working to targets.
Non-Essential Skills but Desirable
- FLT Licence (Reach Truck or Counterbalance).
- A minimum of one year experience working within a busy warehouse environment.
