AC Electrical Services (NW) Ltd is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to support our electrical and facilities projects across a variety of commercial, industrial and retail environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a practical background who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support electricians, project teams and clients by carrying out a range of maintenance, repair and installation duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic building maintenance and repair works.
- Support electrical installation and maintenance projects.
- Undertake minor joinery, decorating, flooring and fabric repairs.
- Install containment systems, trunking and cable routes.
- Assist with site set-up, strip-out and refurbishment works.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure work areas are maintained in a safe and tidy condition.
- Complete work documentation and job records accurately.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or construction role.
- Good practical skills across a range of trades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Health and Safety awareness.
Desirable Qualifications
- CSCS or ECS Card.
- IPAF Licence.
- PASMA Qualification.
- First Aid at Work.
- Experience working within commercial or retail environments.
