AMPM Estates is an established and ambitious London property management company with over 10 years' experience managing more than 1,000 tenants across a diverse residential portfolio.
We're looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Manager who can lead our lettings department while building new council and housing partnerships, strengthening existing relationships and helping drive the continued growth of the business.
This is far more than a traditional lettings management role. It's an opportunity to build partnerships, grow the business, develop a successful team and help shape the future of AMPM Estates.
You'll enjoy building relationships, developing new business opportunities, leading a team and improving systems. Working closely with the Directors, you'll play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company.
Success in this role will be measured not only by the smooth running of the lettings department, but by your ability to build valuable housing partnerships, increase occupancy, reduce void periods, develop the team and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the lettings department.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local authorities, Housing Options teams, charities, housing associations and other housing partners.
- Develop new partnerships with councils, housing providers, charities and referral organisations to maximise occupancy and drive sustainable business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants and business partners.
- Manage, mentor and support the lettings team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Improve internal systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the marketing and successful letting of available properties, ensuring void periods are kept to a minimum.
- Work closely with the Directors to identify opportunities for growth and continually improve the department.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, building long-term relationships and finding opportunities to improve and grow a business.
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least 3 years' experience in residential lettings or property management.
- Experience working with local authorities, councils, Housing Options teams, temporary accommodation providers, charities, housing associations or guaranteed rent schemes.
- A proven ability to build professional relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience leading or managing a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
- High standards of customer service and a genuine desire to help grow a successful business.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
