-
CRM & Data Quality: Maintain total data integrity in the CRM. Ensure leads are assigned correctly and promptly, with zero outstanding tasks or unaddressed pipelines.
-
KPI, Revenue & GP Tracking: Continuously monitor and drive daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), revenue, and Gross Profit (GP) metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
-
Key Account Engagement: Remain directly involved with higher-level, key customer accounts to strengthen relationships and support major deal closures.
-
Risk & Complaint Escalation: Act as a critical point of escalation for complex customer issues. Directly communicate any critical or business-risk customer complaints to the Head of Sales, complete with root-cause analysis and solution-based resolutions.
-
Strategy Execution: Translate strategies designed by the Head of Sales into daily and weekly actionable targets for the sales floor.
-

-
Operational Discipline: Strong attention to data quality, lead distribution, task management, and CRM governance.
-
