Advanced Aesthetic & Laser Therapist - Lotus Clinic, Golders Green
Lotus Clinic is an established private dental and aesthetics clinic in Golders Green, North London. We have invested heavily in advanced technology and we are now expanding our aesthetics service. We are looking for one experienced Level 4/5 therapist to take that diary and grow it.
You will work with Morpheus8, CO2 laser, Pico laser, laser hair reduction, tattoo removal, HIFU, fat freezing, body contouring and advanced skin rejuvenation.
You will not be doing it alone. A full-time Treatment Coordinator handles leads, enquiries, deposits and diary management and we provide marketing and video support. What we need from you is excellent clinical work, honest consultations that convert and patients who come back.
This starts as one fixed day per week (Monday or Tuesday) with a genuine route to two or more days as the diary fills. It is a ground-floor opportunity in a clinic that is investing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Carry out detailed consultations, assess suitability and identify contraindications
- Build clinically appropriate treatment plans and recommend courses where justified
- Deliver treatments safely and consistently, within your scope of practice
- Explain outcomes, limitations, risks, downtime and aftercare properly
- Rebook patients before they leave and follow up afterwards
- Keep accurate records, consent and standardised clinical photography
- Work to manufacturer guidance, clinic protocols and laser safety requirements
- Appear in short educational videos and help shape our content (full support provided)
- Maintain treatment room standards, stock and equipment care
You will only carry out treatments you are qualified, trained, competent and insured to perform. You will work alongside our existing aesthetic therapist, a medically qualified aesthetic practitioner and the wider clinic team. Injectable treatments are provided by our medical practitioner, so you are not expected to inject - but you will consult and refer, and share in what you generate.
We do not do pressure selling, exaggerated claims or unnecessary treatment. Clinical appropriateness always comes before targets.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Essential:
- A recognised Level 4 qualification in laser/IPL, advanced skin or another discipline relevant to the treatments you will deliver
- Hands-on experience in an aesthetic, advanced skin or laser clinic
- Strong consultation, consent, treatment planning and record keeping skills
- A solid understanding of contraindications, complications and aftercare
- For laser and IPL work: current Core of Knowledge, device-specific training and recent practical experience
- The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
Desirable:
- Level 5 in advanced aesthetics, laser, skin rejuvenation or tattoo removal
- Experience with Morpheus8 or RF microneedling, Pico, HIFU, tattoo removal or body contouring
- A track record of converting consultations, rebooking and growing a diary
- Confidence creating Instagram or TikTok content
Device-specific training can be provided for an exceptional candidate with strong underlying qualifications.
WHAT WE OFFER

HOURS
Approximately 8 hours per week to start, on a fixed Monday or Tuesday. Exact hours agreed with you. Additional days become available as demand and diary utilisation grow. Occasional flexibility for filming, open days or promotional events is helpful.
HOW WE WILL REVIEW PERFORMANCE
You will get marketing and lead support, and we will review how it is going during your probationary period using fair, measurable indicators: patient satisfaction and retention, record quality, consultation conversion, rebooking rate, diary utilisation, collected revenue and contribution to content. Patient safety always takes priority.
