Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
- Greet clients warmly at the front desk, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences, contributing to overall salon success.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques, also a wide experience in colouring
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
- Excellent upselling skills with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction through tailored recommendations.
