TLCC Services is a specialist commercial cleaning company working with businesses, property managers, facilities teams, healthcare sites, hospitality venues and commercial estates.
We provide services including floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, high-level cleaning, deep cleaning, post-builders cleans, waste removal and planned maintenance support.
We are a growing company with a professional B2B customer base and ambitious growth plans. We are now looking for a part-time person to help us improve our marketing, build stronger lead-generation systems and create professional content that supports our sales activity.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than basic social media posting and would like to be involved in real business growth.
The Role
This is not just a social media posting role.
We are looking for someone who can help us create professional B2B marketing content, research and generate new leads, support outreach campaigns, improve our online presence and build useful sales and promotional materials.
You will be working directly with the business owner and business development manager to help turn our services, completed projects, site photos, case studies and expertise into clear marketing assets that attract and support commercial clients.
The role will start part-time at around 15 hours per week, but for the right person there may be the opportunity to increase hours or develop into a full-time role after an initial 3-month period.
Main Responsibilities
Your work will include:
- Creating professional LinkedIn and social media content aimed at commercial clients
- Helping plan and deliver growth marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website content and targeted outreach
- Using lead sourcing tools to research companies, contacts and decision-makers
- Building lead lists for facilities managers, property managers, hotels, healthcare sites, managing agents and other B2B prospects
- Supporting outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
- Drafting outreach messages, follow-up emails and simple campaign sequences
- Reviewing website pages and suggesting improvements to increase enquiries and improve how clearly our services are presented
- Supporting basic SEO improvements, including service page content, page titles, local search terms and useful website updates
- Creating simple landing pages, website pages and promotional pages
- Using AI tools to help draft, improve and repurpose content
- Using AI tools to help build internal or marketing-related web tools
- Creating brochures, one-page service sheets, case studies and other promotional material
- Turning job photos, reports and service information into professional marketing content
- Tracking leads, outreach activity, responses and marketing outputs
- Preparing simple weekly updates showing work completed, leads generated, responses received and recommended next steps
- Keeping organised records of lead lists, campaign activity, content ideas and marketing assets
- Testing different outreach messages and content angles to improve response rates over time
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is practical, organised and commercially minded.
You should be comfortable with:
- B2B marketing
- LinkedIn content
- Lead generation
- Researching companies and contacts
- Writing clear professional content
- Using AI tools properly
- Learning new software quickly
- Creating simple websites, pages or digital assets
- Working independently and producing measurable output
- Reviewing basic marketing performance data
- Managing small projects from idea to finished output
Experience with tools such as Replit, ChatGPT, Canva, LinkedIn, Wix, Apollo.ai, Google Analytics, Excel or similar platforms would be useful.
You do not need to know the commercial cleaning industry already, but you must be willing to learn our services, our clients and how to communicate professionally to business decision-makers.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role for someone who only wants to post generic social media content.
We are not looking for someone to simply “put a few posts up” or make the company look active online.
We need someone who understands that marketing should support business development. The aim is to build trust with commercial decision-makers, create useful sales material, identify good-fit prospects and help generate enquiries, conversations and opportunities.

The right person will help TLCC Services build a consistent marketing and lead-generation system. This means creating professional content, improving our online presence, identifying suitable prospects, supporting outreach and helping generate real commercial opportunities for the business.
A successful week may include:
- A targeted list of new prospects researched and added to the pipeline
- A LinkedIn post drafted and scheduled
- A case study created from a completed job
- A new website or service page improved
- An email outreach sequence drafted
- A one-page promotional document created
- Website or SEO improvements suggested or completed
- Leads, replies, enquiries or follow-up opportunities tracked clearly
- Recommendations made for what should be improved next

Hours and Pay
This is a part-time role of approximately 15 hours per week. The exact working pattern can be agreed.
Pay will depend on experience, ability and the quality of work produced.
For an excellent candidate who proves they can create consistent value, there may be an opportunity to increase the role after an initial 3-month period.
