Joiner / Site Foreman – Full Time
Location: Perthshire
Pay: £18–£19 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Joiner / Site Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident working independently, capable of running projects from start to finish, and able to lead a small team while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
This is more than just a joinery role—we're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate professionally with clients, and confidently manage jobs when the business owner is off-site.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Leading and motivating a small team (typically 2–3 operatives).
- Carrying out high-quality joinery work.
- Planning workloads and ensuring projects run efficiently.
- Liaising directly with customers and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Solving problems on site and making informed decisions when required.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, workmanship and organisation.
- Representing the company professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a qualified joiner.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.
- The confidence to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Pride in producing quality workmanship.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred/essential if applicable).
