We are now seeking a Care Supervisor to join our friendly and fast-paced Gravesham branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Professional looking to take the next step in their career. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate who is eager to progress.
What you’ll be doing
As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of care across the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and supervising Care Professionals in the community
- Carrying out medication audits
- Supporting the Care Advisor with updating care plans and risk assessments
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external professionals
- Covering care calls when required
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota (pro-rata basis)

What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience working in a care setting
- Flexibility to deliver care in the community when required
Desirable:
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Working knowledge of CQC requirements
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Hours & Location
This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the service. You must be able to travel across Gravesend, Northfleet, Istead Rise, Longfield, Meopham, New Ash Green, and surrounding areas.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Driving licence and own a vehicle (preferred)
