We are seeking experienced Waiting and Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to guests
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with care
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records of sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, bar counters, and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies as needed
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods while maintaining excellent service quality
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout the shift
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bar roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanour with a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of drink preparation and serving techniques is desirable but not essential
