Campbells Prime Meat Ltd is Scotland’s leading meat, fish and delicatessen supplier to hotels and restaurants.
We have vacancies for experienced butchers to join our nightshift and dayshift teams. Duties will include boning, preparing, portion control – working with all meat species. Experience in butchery work and knife skills are required. This may also suit someone from a chef background, who has knife skills.
These vacancies are permanent –
· 4 nights per week
· 34 hours per week
· fixed schedule each week
· 8pm to 5am
The rate of pay is negotiable, depending on experience. Wages are paid on a weekly basis. Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate. Dayshift roles are also available.
