We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join our Foundation Learning team, supporting students as they prepare for progression into employment, volunteering opportunities, Supported Internships and further learning.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a caseload of learners, providing tailored coaching, guidance and support both within College and in workplace settings. Through target setting, action planning and regular progress reviews, you will help students develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to achieve their full potential.
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining positive relationships with employers, identifying meaningful work placement opportunities and ensuring learners receive the support they need to thrive in the workplace. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services, employers and external partners, you will help remove barriers to learning and employment, particularly for students with additional support needs.
