We are looking for a skilled and motivated Arborist to join our dedicated and loyal team as we continue to grow.

Your work will be varied, interesting and technically challenging, and you will be part of a well-established team that understands how a professional Arboricultural team works efficiently and safely together.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our tree operations, including:
- Carrying out tree maintenance including pruning, trimming and shaping
- Operating chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders and associated tree care equipment
- Planning and delivering work safely and efficiently with the team
- Problem solving on site and adapting to changing site conditions
- Reporting directly to management
- General maintenance of equipment, vehicles and work areas
Qualities
- Previous professional experience in arboriculture
- Confident use of hand tools and power tools for tree work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Polite, respectful and professional when working on client sites
- A reliable, committed and proactive team player
- Excellent health and safety awareness
- A forward-thinking approach with the ability to use your own initiative when required
- Practical mindset, good mechanical awareness and the ability to maintain tools and equipment is essential.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant NPTC or LANTRA qualifications (CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 as a minimum)
- Aerial pruning experience
- Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases and safe working practices
- Full clean UK driving licence (preferably with towing capability)
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
- Have a good understanding of risk assessments/COSHH etc.
- Must be competent in climbing/reductions/dismantling/Rigging
Desirable:
- First Aid certification
- CSCS Card
- IPAF Card
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers
