In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere & service with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting & welcoming our guests. Assisting check in & handling guest reservations & requests.
Taking orders, serving food and beverages, & maintaining a clean and organised bar & dining area. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest services throughout their experience
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- As this is a role with some responsibility we are looking for applicants who are over 18
