Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised financial advice to clients, covering areas such as investments, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ current situations, future goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop customised financial plans that align with clients’ objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance.
- Maintain detailed client records, including meeting notes, recommendations, and action plans, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assist clients in implementing recommended strategies by coordinating with product providers and ensuring smooth execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in financial services or financial planning roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of investment products and advisory processes.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles, including cash flow management, tax strategies, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing independent advising practices in your region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
