Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic part-time Sales Representative to join our Curly Hair Care Kiosk team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting our specialised hair care products, and providing exceptional service to customers.
This role requires you working 4 days a week including weekends. Must be passionate about curly hair.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a passion for curly and natural hair care. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to connect with a diverse clientele. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills within a vibrant retail environment. Be willing to also engage in the company social media and TikTok Lives.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable curly hair products tailored to their needs
- Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and styling tips for curly hair types
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries
- Upsell complementary products to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organised merchandising displays that highlight product features and seasonal promotions
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and report inventory shortages promptly
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering queries or scheduling appointments
- Utilise organisational skills to keep the workspace tidy and ensure a seamless shopping experience
Skills
- Knowledge of haircare products specialised for curly hair is essential
- Ability to promote and upsell products tactfully while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients of all backgrounds
- Experience in social media management to promote products and brand awareness
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
Pay: £12.71 per hour
