At Bright & Beautiful Wolverhampton, we provide premium eco-friendly housekeeping services to some of the area's most beautiful homes. We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Trainee Team Leader to lead a small team while maintaining the outstanding standards our clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers and ensuring every clean is completed to our premium standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a small housekeeping team each day.
- Delivering exceptional cleaning standards in our clients' homes.
- Planning each day's workload and allocating tasks to team members.
- Carrying out final quality inspections before leaving every property.
- Training and supporting new members of the team.
- Ensuring all security procedures are followed when entering and leaving clients' homes.
- Managing client keys and maintaining complete confidentiality.
- Reporting client feedback, maintenance issues and any concerns to management.
- Ensuring the team works efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintaining company equipment, cleaning products and vehicles.
- Promoting the business through excellent customer service and occasional local marketing activities such as delivering referral cards and leaflets.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle available for business use.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Confident leading or supervising a small team (or ready to step into leadership).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- No evenings.
- No weekends.
- Typical working day: 9:00am – 2:30/3:00pm.
- Average 12- 16 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours as the business continues to grow.
