About Palm 11
Palm 11 is a calm, down-to-earth wellness studio built around quality treatments, genuine care and a beautifully delivered client experience.
We are looking for a part-time therapist to join our small Palm 11 team — someone warm, reliable and professional who can uphold our values of care, calmness, high standards and client-first service.
We manage the bookings, guest communication and overall Palm 11 journey, so you can focus on delivering excellent treatments in a peaceful, supportive environment.
This role would suit someone looking for flexible part-time hours, with no more than 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities
As a Palm 11 therapist, you will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, tailored treatments including:
Massage treatments:
Spa Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Muscle Recovery Massage.
Beauty treatments:
Waxing, including intimate waxing where qualified and confident.
You will also be expected to:
Carry out professional consultations before treatments.
Provide clear aftercare advice to clients.
Maintain strong professional boundaries at all times.
Keep the treatment room clean, calm and beautifully presented.
Reset the room to Palm 11 standards after every appointment.
Follow excellent hygiene and safety standards.
Create a warm, calm and client-first experience from start to finish.
Essential Requirements
Friendly, caring and professional energy.
Level 2 & 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy and Body Massage, or equivalent.
Valid therapist insurance, including public liability and professional indemnity.
Confident carrying out consultations and working with clients independently.
Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Comfortable working within Palm 11’s values and treatment standards.
Availability for weekend shifts.
Preferred Skills
Deep Tissue Massage experience — strongly preferred.
Sports Massage or Muscle Recovery Massage.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage — highly desirable.
Pregnancy Massage — nice to have.
Intimate waxing experience — preferred.
