Looking for more than just another graduate role?
If you've spent the last year or two building commercial experience and want a genuine route into partnerships, sales or account management, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
We're hiring on behalf of one of the UK's fastest-growing digital businesses, partnering with some of the world's biggest consumer brands. Rather than being thrown straight into a sales target with little support, you'll join a high-performing commercial team where you'll learn how successful partnerships are built from the inside out.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a long-term commercial career.
The Opportunity
You'll work directly alongside senior commercial leaders, becoming an integral part of the Partnerships team.
From day one you'll be involved in live commercial activity—supporting major client relationships, improving the team's sales processes and managing your own portfolio of SME partnerships.
It's a varied role where no two days are the same, combining commercial operations, business development and relationship management, with a clear progression route into Partnerships, Sales or Account Management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting senior Partnerships Managers across live commercial accounts.
- Managing your own portfolio of SME partnerships from outreach through to launch.
- Producing high-quality sales collateral including pitch decks, media packs and business reviews.
- Becoming the team's CRM expert, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Using AI tools such as Claude to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Analysing partnership performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations and commercial teams to keep projects moving.
About You
You'll probably have around 1–3 years' commercial experience and be looking for a role where you can genuinely accelerate your career.
You might currently work in:
- Business Development
- Customer Success
- Sales Support
- Commercial Operations
- Marketing
- Recruitment
- Retail or hospitality with strong commercial exposure
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in a commercial environment.
You'll likely be:
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Analytical and confident working with data.
- Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Nice to Have
- Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint, Canva or Figma.
- Previous customer-facing or commercial experience.
Why Join?
This isn't a role where you'll spend years waiting for progression.
You'll receive direct mentoring from experienced commercial leaders, gain exposure to some of the UK's best-known consumer brands and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in Partnerships, Sales or Account Management.
If you're ambitious, commercially curious and looking for an environment where you'll be challenged, supported and given genuine responsibility from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
