Carry out kitchen extraction cleaning services to TR19 – Grease standards
Carry out ventilation cleaning services to TR19 standards
Carry out annual drop testing of fire damper units to BS9999 standards
To re-train, where required, to be able to carry out additional tasks depending on the needs of the business
Complete daily service sheets and client reports in Flow and Big Change
Essential:
Full UK drivers’ licence
Previous experience in fire damper drop testing under BS9999 standards
Previous experience in general/Grease ventilation services
Previous experience in ventilation hygiene assessment
Security clearances
Desirable:
· Experience in managing major fire damper projects
· Firestopping inspection course (or equivalent)
· Experience in ventilation hygiene assessment services
· Experience in indoor air quality services
