This is a permanent role which would be an average of 42hrs. 08.00-20.00Hrs per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota.

We opened our fantastic new care home in November 2023, and we are now moving into further enhancing our Team and looking for exceptionally caring people to join us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- If you have an NVQ 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.
-Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support Resident’s needs.
-Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
-Able to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure.
-Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.
- Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximize the experience living with us at Cayton View Care Home Care Home.
