We’re Frequency Coffee, an independent specialty coffee company with 6 locations across London and a roastery cafe in Stevenage.
We are currently working towards some very exciting goals as we grow the company. These include opening more sites, developing our online and offline presence, and developing our in-house coffee & food offering. We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, open-minded and keen to form a part in developing the brand and company.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Barista at Frequency, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through great coffee, fresh food, and warm service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making exceptional coffee for our customers.
- Preparing sandwiches and food.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the business.
- Opening or closing shifts as required.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Communicating confidently with customers about our coffee, food, and brand story.
- Supporting upselling and waste-management targets.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, open-minded, and excited to help develop the brand and company.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be fun to work with, hard-working, and reliable.
- Work well in a team and independently.
- Have a passion for specialty coffee and fresh food.
- Be helpful and proactive in other areas of the business.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working as a barista.
