Assistant Manager – Irish-Owned Pub in Camden Town
The Oxford Arms, Camden Town is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
We are a busy Irish-owned pub, run by the Maloney family since 1968, with a strong focus on live sport, good food, a lively beer garden, and our small upstairs theatre.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys a proper pub atmosphere, can lead a team, and is confident running shifts in a busy venue.
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per yearLive-in accommodation available
The role includes:Managing day-to-day pub operations, leading and supporting staff, running busy shifts, maintaining high standards of service, stock control, cash handling, customer service, and helping create a great atmosphere for sport, food, live music, and events.
Applicants must have:A valid Personal Licence, previous management or assistant management experience in a pub/bar, strong customer service skills, confidence leading a team, good organisation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
This is a hands-on role in a busy Camden pub, ideal for someone reliable, experienced, and ready to be part of a growing business.
