# Senior Supervisor – Hospitality
*4–5 days per week | Across The Old Post Office Tearoom & Beacon Hill Kitchen & Deli*
We are looking for an experienced, capable and hands-on *Senior Supervisor* to join our independent hospitality business and support the day-to-day running of *The Old Post Office Tearoom* and *Beacon Hill Kitchen & Deli*.
This is a practical role for someone with strong hospitality experience who is confident running shifts, supervising a team and maintaining high standards in a busy customer-facing environment. The role will involve working across both sites, helping to ensure service runs smoothly, standards remain high and teams are well supported on the day.
We are looking for someone reliable, professional and calm under pressure, who enjoys being part of a well-run business and takes pride in good service, strong teamwork and a job done properly.
## The role will include:
Leading shifts and helping ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently
Supporting the day-to-day running of both sites
Supervising and supporting front of house teams during service
Opening and closing the business and taking responsibility for the site during your shift
Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and customer care
Supporting managers in ensuring staff are organised, tasks are completed and service standards are consistent
Handling customer queries or issues in a calm and professional manner
Working closely with kitchen and front of house teams to help create a positive, efficient working environment
Supporting with training and helping newer team members settle into the business
Providing reliable supervisory cover across both sites as required
## We are looking for someone who:
Has previous hospitality experience at supervisor, senior team leader or similar level
Is confident leading a shift and supervising a team
Is dependable, organised and able to stay calm under pressure
Is friendly, professional and confident dealing with both customers and colleagues
Takes pride in high standards and a strong work ethic
Is flexible and happy to work across both sites when needed
Understands the importance of consistency, teamwork and attention to detail
Is looking for a hands-on role in an independent business rather than a purely administrative management position
