About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for warehousing, production & manufacturing industries and the commercial industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets both business needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for positions across the Bristol area
- Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach to build candidate pool
- Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and job fit
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including:
- Right to Work verification (full training given)
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently
- Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Motivated, driven individual
