As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at ZG Prestige, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through the process of purchasing their next vehicle. The role involves handling enquiries, conducting viewings, arranging finance, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, social media and walk-ins
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives
- Present finance options and add-on products such as warranties
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system
- Assist with part exchange valuations
- Contribute to the dealership’s monthly sales targets
- Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays remain presentable
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Full UK Driving Licence required
