Fixed term maternity cover for up to 12 months
The University of Winchester are looking for a Careers Consultant to work in our Careers and Opportunities team to deliver careers information, advice and guidance in the curriculum and as part of our central offer which includes one-to-one careers guidance appointments and the delivery of workshops and events to support student and graduate outcomes.

We are focused on making a difference to our students and graduates and providing them with the best student experience. You will be passionate about careers, have excellent industry knowledge and awareness of the latest trends and thinking in careers education.
The role will work with a range of course areas and we are looking for someone who can be creative and inclusive in their delivery, ensuring students are engaged and supported with the employability delivered through our Winchester Career Capabilities Framework. This is a busy and varied role which works with a range of stakeholders from academics to organisations, and with the wider Careers and Opportunities Team, which is part of the Student Support and Success team at the University.
Candidates should either hold or be working towards a professional Careers qualification.
