Responsibilities

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station, including equipment and utensils.
- Support the training of junior kitchen staff, sharing your culinary knowledge and skills.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
- Experience serving guests or customers directly is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
