Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain cranes in a safe and efficient manner - Lift, move, and position heavy loads using the crane - Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the crane - Inspect and perform routine maintenance on the crane - Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines Requirements: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a crane operator or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of crane operations - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams - Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and materials handling processes - Proficiency in operating other equipment such as forklifts or warehouse machinery is a plus - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills - Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
