Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Estate Agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation both physically and digitally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using various software tools
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency
- Driving is essential for this role
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Good understanding of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
