We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Clinic Manager who doesn’t simply manage a clinic but helps grow it.

Cosmetic Clinic is a busy private aesthetic clinic offering advanced skin, facial and body treatments. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care, professionalism and clinical excellence, and we’re now looking for the right individual to help take the business to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day commercial success of the clinic.
You’ll be expected to lead by example, motivate the team and continually identify opportunities to improve the performance of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving clinic revenue and achieving agreed business targets.
- Monitoring KPIs across the clinic and implementing strategies to improve performance.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the clinic team to consistently deliver high standards.
- Ensuring every patient receives an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to aftercare.
- Improving patient retention, repeat bookings and client loyalty.
- Monitoring consultation conversions and identifying opportunities to increase treatment uptake.
- Creating marketing events, promotional campaigns and patient engagement initiatives alongside the wider business team.
- Identifying quieter trading periods and developing strategies to increase bookings.
- Reviewing clinic performance reports and making data-driven decisions.
- Working closely with the Business Manager to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service both in person and over the telephone.
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth, professional environment.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.
- Resolving patient concerns professionally while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Continuously looking for new ideas to improve the clinic’s performance, efficiency and profitability.
About You
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building businesses and developing people.
You should be commercially aware, confident making decisions and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a private clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery practice, dental practice, healthcare business or luxury service environment.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently.
- Experience analysing business performance and implementing improvements.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT and administration skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within aesthetics, beauty, dermatology or cosmetic surgery.
- Marketing or event management experience.
- Knowledge of patient consultation processes.
- Experience using CRM or clinic management software.
- Previous responsibility for budgets, reporting or commercial planning.
