We seeking a Practice Manager with good communication skills and the drive and motivation to grow alongside the practice. We are an enthusiastic and friendly team with a focus on high-quality care and service for our patients.
The ideal candidate should be an organised, flexible, well-presented and friendly individual, with a can-do attitude, passionate and responsible for their workload.
Previous experience in dealing with CQC policies and procedures is essential.
The role will include:
CQC compliance/maintenance ensuring the practice meet required standards with audits (as CQC registered manager)
Familiar with Health & Safety, Practice Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance
Dealing with complaints
HR/Team Management
Dealing with complaints
Reception and admin duties
Marketing support
Liaise with practice owners to develop the business
Dental practice management experience is essential. GDC registered preferred.
